6. No Insurance Billing
Balanced Body & Wellness operates as a direct-pay practice.
This service is not billed to insurance
You may request a receipt, but reimbursement is not guaranteed
7. Refund Policy

- If you choose not to complete your labs, your purchase remains non-refundable
